Located 4 miles outside of Downey, Id, and within 3 miles of the Downey/Hyde Memorial airport. The airport is located at 4900' elev. and has a paved 3550' runway. Comments
An incredible mix of land and working ranch for less than $450/acre! Large numbers of deer and elk offer excellant hunting. Sellers would consider a lease-back on the crop land and grazing land if new would not be utilizing.
Recreation
Less than an hour to Bear lake, American Falls Reservoir and the Snake river, all offering great fishing. Only a couple hours to Jackson Hole Wy, offering world class recreation, including skiing.
