Along with my father, Paul Hicks, we are also active in the residential market with an emphasis on analyzing investment property returns.

With a background as a commercial masonry business owner and farming, I bring a deep desire for performance, quality management and consistently improving service.

My agricultural experience has brought a passion for the miracle of life in the seed and soil as well as the enjoyment and satisfaction of sustainable farming and ranching.

Knipe Land Company - Company History

Robison Realty, Inc was started in 1944 by Floyd Robison. William Knipe purchased Robison Realty from Floyd Robison in 1974. Prior to this purchase, William Knipe operated in a residential, commercial, recreational, and agricultural capacity, in addition to appraisal, management, and consulting as a firm. In 1991, the name was changed to Wm. Knipe & Assoc. and incorporated in 1995, now as Knipe Land Company, Inc.

John Knipe and Janey Knipe are both Accredited Land Consultants with the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) of the National Association of REALTORS. John also holds the GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) designation; the CRB (Council of Real Estate Brokerage) designation; the ALC Designation (Accredited Land Consultant) and holds the Court of Marketing Excellence award give for advanced education and sales. He is an experienced professional farm and ranch broker, licensed in Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Washington and Oregon. John serves as past President of the Idaho Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute (R.L.I.) of the National Association of Realtors, and is the current Regional Vice President of R.L.I. of the National Association of Realtors.

Knipe Land Company's publication, The Range Writer Northwest Land Resources Newsletter, is usually published with the change of seasons throughout the year.  Our publication often includes articles or guest editorials on various concerns ranging from current agricultural land values, issues affecting private property rights, water rights, tax strategies, investing, to legal concerns associated with buying and selling real estate. We are a 62-year old real estate company and have been publishing The Range Writer Newsletter for 20 years.
